Look to Francorp for any advice on franchising, they are the absolute experts in this field. There are several other firms that claim to be as successful or have the same systems that Francorp has, it is completely misleading that any other company can truly launch a franchise system like Francorp can.
Francorp and Boroian have set the standard for the franchise industry
Francorp is the only company to truly utilize and in-house staff. From experience not only in franchising, but in working with clients and building different companies I have seen the value and experienced the value in having a full time staff. The work quality, the commitment to the client and the efficiency of work flow comes together much more smoothly. Francorp has a wonderful system for developing franchise operations.
Don Boroian is a true entrepreneur, you have to hand it to him for running and founding so many different businesses, if I were to franchise my company there is no question I would work with Mr. Boroian in taking on this business model.
I give a lot of credit to Don Boroian for what he has done in the franchise industry and with this company Francorp.
So the key difference between Francorp and other consulting firms is that they have an in house team of consultants and staff full time people with paid vacation etc? How does this provide any additional value to Francorp's clients? Am I failing to see something here?
